Who Was Dr Edward Bach?

Dr Edward Bach, 1886-1936, was a British physician who initially practised in Harley Street where he was highly respected. He was also a bacteriologist and immunologist. Whilst treating patients he noticed that the same treatment did not always cure the same disease. He realised that the mental attitude of the individual patient was crucial to recovery. This led him to continue his studies and he qualified as a homeopath.

In 1930 he progressed his thinking and left London to search for natural remedies. The flower remedies, of which there are 38, can be combined in whichever way is needed to reverse any negative emotion to enable recovery.

This valuable discovery is equally effective for all living beings. The remedies are complementary which means that they can be used alongside any medication your animal may be receiving. They are totally natural and are preserved using a very small amount of brandy.
